MACHINES
The Automatic Toggling Machine is designed to streamline the leather stretching process with continuous frames, allowing leather to be toggled regardless of frame sizes. This eliminates the need for manual stretching.
The conveyor system is controlled by intervals, which can be adjusted either manually via a pedal or automatically using two timers. One timer controls the advance period, while the other manages the duration of the stopped conveyor. The system also allows the conveyor to run in reverse if necessary.
Stretch processing is fully automated, with stretch volume adjustable from 0 to 100 mm using plus and minus buttons, ensuring precise control over the stretching process.
Efficient Drying System
The drying system is equipped with high-performance electrical fans, heat serpentines, filters, and drying ducts that run along the length of the machine, both above and below the conveyor. Hot air is directed toward the leather, while adjustable exhausts help control humidity within the machine. The drying temperature is regulated by a thermostatic controller.
Safety and Durability
All electrical components are powered by 24V and the machine is equipped with safety devices. The electrical motor connections are housed in special protective pipes. Constructed from box-profiled iron, the machine is designed for durability, with electro-galvanized toggle frames to protect against corrosion.
