Infrared Drier
It provides the xation of the brisa chemicals quickly and successfully. Success in xation of the brisa chemicals to the fur is essential to gain the expected e ect after painting.
Else, it is almost impossible to correct any defect after the painting process. Length of each unit is 3400 mm. Entrance is 1000 mm, exit 1000 mm. The width of the conveyor band is 1300 mm. Each unit contains 9 IR lamps and three fan heaters.
The electricity consumption of each unit is 16.5 kW. The electricity consumption of the machine profoundly decreases after latent period which is about 10 to 15 minutes as the high isolation does not let heat loss and P.I.D system adjusts the temperature in +- 2 °C range rationally
Features
1. Completely mobile, can be divided into units, every unit has its electricity connection socket and four wheels for easy transportation.
2. Every unit has air circulation system to provide homogeneous heat all along the tunnel.
3. Modular construction; desired distance can be obtained by easy to attach modular system.
4. Smooth driving and tail system dismantlement for convenient transport. The isolated cover system provides the e cient isolation of the tunnel, changing the heat e ciency to provide quick reach to the desired temparature economically.
5. The carriers and re ectors of the IR lamps are completely made of stainless steel.
6. The temperature control system is the rational system P.I.D. This energy saving system always keeps the IR light on the material and regulates the temperature inside the tunnel a tolerance of +-2 degrees Celsius. A semiconductor relay system controls the electronic control of the machine without any interruption.
7. The conveyor band is cage type made of P.T.F.E. and is resistant to abrasion and heat up to 400 degrees Celsius. Alligator type connection of the conveyor band makes it easy to change.
8. The speed of the conveyor band is adjusted by the help of an electronic inverter, sensitively and continuously. The speed of the conveyor can be read from the digital screen easily.
