Chemical Spray Machine /Sulphiding
The Chemical Spray Machine is designed for precise application of chemical solutions like sodium sulfide and lime to the flesh side of skins. Made with steel sheet metal and stainless steel, it resists sulfides, moisture, alkalis, and acids.
A mixer ensures the solution remains homogeneous, while a mono pump delivers high-pressure spray through adjustable nozzles. Excess solution is filtered and recirculated for reuse. The durable Perlon wire conveyor moves skins through the spray cabin, and integrated water tanks handle cleaning.
The spray cabin includes a ventilation system that extracts chemical vapors, ensuring a safe working environment.
