Steam Fixation Machine
The need of energy in this system is about 1/10 of the competitors. 2 meters long steam applying length is designed for obtaining optimum effect homogeneously at the shortest distance with lowest steam consumption. The electrical consumption of the machine is nearly "O" (2,2 Kw is used only for aspiration fan). Thus this machine provides the best steam application at lowest cost.

Usage
The machine can be used for bleaching of painted skins, tipping, fluorescence dying and all types of serigrafic printing, or digital printing. The machine consists of three main sections;
1. steam prepairing units
2. Steam spraying units
3. exhaust system
Water is condensed and decomposed from saturated steam through one separator at the main steam entrance. After dry steam is fullly decomposed at sensitive water traps in front of each group, it comes to flushing injectors.
When we consider all these features above, the cost of homogeneous steam spraying is very cheap. All steam injectors approach skin at desired distance.
By this elevator system, maximum effect is obtained by minimum steam.
